Your activated membership card and rideshare credit will be mailed within 5-7 business days. You may only utilize services upon receipt of your membership card. Once your membership card arrives you may use services at any time during your subscription.  You will only be charged for additional miles at our standard rate per mile fee if you request a tow that exceeds your benefits. Service is provided by independent service providers and is limited to the U.S. and Canada. Certain conditions and limitations apply.
